Open Source Software for virtualizing quite a few different operating systems from within Windows, Linux, OSX or OpenSolaris.

I've used this a few times and it's a very solid piece of software. I ran a vm of Windows 98 and one of Ubuntu Linux just to play around with. The speed of emulation is awesome and with it being open source, it's a no brainer when compared to the astronomical license fees of vmware.
